We are happy to announce an upcoming webinar which will provide a valuable insight into the successful implementation of EPIC EMR, featuring the expertise of our member, Kerri McGufficke.

In our recent NSW Branch PD in-person event, Kerri introduced the EPIC EMR implementation process and shared key learnings from her organisation, Canberra Health Services’ successful transition. As the event received overwhelming positive feedback, we decided to invite Kerri back to share her valuable knowledge through a webinar format.

What you will learn in this webinar:

  1. Understanding the EPIC EMR implementation process and its impact on Digital Health Readiness (DHR) from a timeline, structure and governance perspective.
  2. Gaining insights into change management strategies implemented by Canberra Health Services.
  3. Identifying common challenges and best practices from a Pre-DHR, DHR Preparation and Post-DHR perspective.
  4. Sharing lessons learned from her experience to ensure successful implementation.
  5. Holding a Q&A session to address your specific questions.

In this webinar Kerri will guide you through their EPIC EMR implementation journey, sharing her organisation’s experience, challenges and strategies for achieving a smooth transition.

We look forward to hearing about your experience and learning together!
