An exciting opportunity has opened up to lead the NSW Private Hospitals Community of Practice (CoP) as the new Chair. The Convenor for all Communities of Practice must be a current member of HIMAA.

The CoP is looking for a new Chair following the resignation of Joanne Moss from this position due to increased work commitments, however she will remain on this group and provide a handover to the Chair.

The NSW Private Hospitals Community of Practice has an extensive history focusing on Health Information Managers working in any area within the NSW private sector.

The CoP is a forum for discussion of issues of interest, sharing information, networking, peer support, professional development, and promoting best practice. It’s also a platform for contribution and influence to relevant HIMAA State and National dialogue and strategy development in regard to the private sector.
